Terms and Conditions

Welcome to remediagroup.in. By availing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Co-operation and Service Conditions

  1. Customer undertakes to ensure the co-operation of the residents/employees/members of the society/corporate/residence as necessary for moving furniture to facilitate service.
  2. All rooms/cabins/flats in the house/society/corporate should be made available for servicing as scheduled. Failure to do so may result in the service being considered rendered with no refund.
  3. Every visit by a remediagroup Hygiene Expert will be made within a reasonable time during working hours, excluding holidays. Additional charges may apply for services provided on holidays.
  4. If pests reappear during the contract period under compliant conditions, the company will provide necessary service at no additional cost.
  5. During service, children, pets, senior citizens, and allergic individuals should not be present until the premises are thoroughly cleaned.
  6. The contract is specific to the premises covered. A change of address requires a new contract and may involve additional fees.

2. Liability and Payment Terms

  1. The company is not liable for damages, injuries, or consequential damages to any person or property resulting from service use.
  2. The contract is non-terminable and non-transferable before the expiry period.
  3. Contract charges are payable by cash or cheque/DD favoring “remediagroup” in advance, accompanied by a signed copy of the contract.
  4. Complaints require customer details and contract/receipt copies for verification and service.
  5. The contract supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, on the subject matter.
  6. The company is not responsible for damages to interior/exterior structures during service.
  7. A representative must be present during treatment for safety and security, acting as the signing authority.
  8. The company is not liable for service failure if instructions are not followed or treated areas are disturbed.
  9. Customers may receive transactional/promotional communications from remediagroup.

3. Specific Service Terms

Instructions/Conditions for successful completion of jobs:

  • Termite Service: Customers must follow Do’s and Don’ts provided to avoid inconvenience. Treatment involves specific preparation of movable and fixed furniture.
  • Rodex Service: Customers should not disturb bait stations and must report findings to remediagroup. Proofing measures are recommended.
  • IntelliGel Service: Customers must not remove GEL spots and should follow guidelines for treatment of red and black ant infestation.
  • WBMS Service: Customers must prepare affected areas for wood borer treatment without removing powder from infested woodwork.
  • BBMS Service: Furniture must be prepared for bed bug treatment; treated linen should be washed in hot water before reuse.
  • Home Cleaning Services: Service-specific conditions include pre/post-inspection, accessibility, and liability for valuables.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, services cannot be cancelled; rescheduling is possible within 24 hours.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds are applicable once services are delivered; issues must be reported within 24 hours before service completion.
